Skilled Immigrantion
New Zealand invites applications for this visa from people who have the ability to contribute to the growth of the New Zealand economy. Before you are invited to apply, applicants are first required to send an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Immigration informing them of your employment, work experience and qualifications in New Zealand. If your letter of intent is successful, we will offer you the opportunity to apply to live and work in New Zealand for an unlimited period of time.
Investment immigration
If you have NZ$10 million to invest in New Zealand within 3 years, you can apply for New Zealand residency. If you are granted residency, you can come to New Zealand with your family and enjoy our unique lifestyle.
Experienced business people with at least NZ$3 million in available capital or assets can apply for New Zealand residency. Before you can apply, we first need you to send us a letter of intent telling us about your business experience and investments. If your letter of intent is successful, we will invite you and your partner and dependent children to apply for New Zealand residency.
Spouse immigration
If you are a partner of a New Zealand citizen or resident, you can apply to live in New Zealand permanently. If you are granted residency, you can live, work and study in New Zealand indefinitely.
Parent immigration, child immigration
Parent Retirement Resident Visa
If you have an adult child who is a New Zealand citizen or resident, you can apply to live in New Zealand permanently. You will need an annual income of NZ$60,000 plus NZ$1,000,000 invested for 4 years and an additional NZ$500,000 for living expenses. After completing the 4 year investment period, you will be eligible for permanent residency.
Parent Resident Visa
You may be able to live permanently in New Zealand if you have an adult New Zealand citizen or resident child with sufficient income and agree to sponsor you. You will need to send us a letter of intent explaining how you can meet the requirements and be sponsored by your child or your child and their partner and we may invite you to apply for residency.
Dependent Child Resident Visa
If you are a New Zealand citizen or resident in New Zealand, you can bring your dependent children to live with you in New Zealand. If your children are granted residency, they can live and study in New Zealand, and if your children at a proper age they could work.
